HCP Social Infrastructure (Canada) Limited (HCP Canada), formed in 2006, brings a wealth of expertise and a highly successful track record from our parent company in the United Kingdom, HCP Social Infrastructure (UK) Limited. (HCP).  Many of the top Private Financial Initiative(PFI) projects in the UK have been won by HCP led bid teams and are now being managed and supported by HCP.

Our goal at HCP Canada is to participate in the Design, Build, Finance and Maintain (DBFM) or Design, Build, Finance and Operate (DBFO) model in the Public-Private Partnerships (P3) market in the health care industry.  The P3 market in Canada runs at a close parallel with the PFI processes and projects that were developed in the UK.  Although there is a similar template for success drawn from our counterparts across the sea, HCP Canada is a truly Canadian enterprise.
