Gerry Green joined HCP at the beginning of March, 1997. He is responsible for the company’s overseas business development and senior relations with the NHS. He retains a key role in the development of the company’s business strategy.

President and CEO
Don Bourgeois’s career has been centered on health environments over the past 20 years. He brings to HCP Canada a strong knowledge of the Canadian health care landscape and the management capability to build and create a strong team leveraging the strengths already developed in the UK.

Laurie Blade

Vice President, Bidding & Clinical Services

Laurie Blade joined HCP in July, 1997 and has worked on numerous P3 projects. He moved to Canada in September, 2007.  His role as a Board Director is to bring his UK P3 experience and skills to HCP Canada and to support the CEO and the Canadian team as it grows.

 

Donna McCormack

Group Finance Director

Donna joined HCP in November, 2007 as Group Finance Director following a successful career in both Private Equity and FTSE 100 environments. Donna is a Board Member for both the UK and Canadian group companies.

 

Cindy Welsh

Project Director

Cindy Welsh's 21 years of experience with clinical, operational, strategic and financial management in complex private and public health service organizations give her the senior project management skills to successfully lead bid teams and the clinical perspective to focus team efforts accordingly.

Jackie Cardiff

Project Director
Jackie Cardiff has extensive experience in managing health services in both the public and private sectors and is a Project Director and a member of the Executive Management Team.

Denise Blade

General Manager, Western Operations
With over 10 years' experience in P3 projects and 20 years in health services, Denise Blade currently leads the team at our first successful P3 project in Victoria, BC. As General Manager, she is responsible for ensuring the contractual arrangements and long-term interest of the Project Company Board.

Deborah Tuske

Executive Administration
Deborah Tuske joined HCP Canada in March, 2007. She has a strong background in senior office management and executive-level administration.  She is responsible for many different facets within HCP Canada, ranging from managing the head office and proposal organization to human resources functions.

 

Gina Arezza

Project Finance Director
Gina Arezza joined HCP Canada in June, 2008 working as the Finance Manager for various infrastructure projects across Canada. Her proactive, versatile, and people-oriented skills are a definite asset when combined with her problem solving and communication abilities. Gina brings a solutions-oriented and team-based approach to business project management.

 

Nathalie Beaulieu

Project Director
Nathalie Beaulieu has extensive experience of managing health services in public acute care, rehabilitation, community and multi-site academic hospitals in Canada. She is also a surveyor with Accreditation Canada and an executive member of the Canadian College of Health Services Executive CCHSE GTA Chapter.

 

Carol E. Ringer

Project Director
Carol is a Registered Nurse with clinical experience in Medical / Surgical services, specializing in Intensive Care and Cardiology. She has extensive experience working in all levels of management including executive roles of Vice President and Chief Operating Officer in tertiary teaching hospitals in three Canadian provinces. She holds a PhD in Epidemiology and Health Policy. She has held numerous university teaching roles as adjunct and associate professorships.
