Trust direct subcontractor installation

This is an example of many similar instances which arise throughout a hospital project. The Project Company can often find the middle ground and avert highly contentious issues from becoming delay events, which are then often disputed together with the resultant costly claims.

 

Late additional works instruction

During the construction of major hospitals it is inevitable that changes will be necessary. The Contract allows for this, but often the parties turn to the strict Contract Provisions without thinking through the alternatives available. This approach evidences the true meaning of working in partnership.
