Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital
The Trust is a large acute hospital and in the first-wave of P3 projects in the UK, reaching its first market testing point in 2006. The Project Company was responsible for delivering the market test, with the Trust bearing risk on final price. Value of market tested services was approximately $24.3 million.
