Barts & the London New Hospitals Redevelopment

Refurbishment and substantial new build on the sites of the Royal London Hospital and St Bartholomew’s Hospital covering a total area of 270,000m2 and when finished a total of 1248 beds. 

                                

Coventry & Rugby Hospitals
The Project involved the provision of a new 1,212 bed acute teaching hospital, a 130 bed mental health unit and university teaching and research facilities of 155,000m2 in total, and the path-finding development of the Managed Equipment Service and Retention of Employment Models. The Project remains one of the quickest healthcare projects to achieve Financial Close.

Prospect Healthcare (Reading)
HCP was involved in the planning, bidding, commissioning and operation of this integrated mental health facility.  This 30 year project redeveloped the Prospect Park Hospital site in Reading. 

Derby Hospitals
The project has tackled many of the challenges of large hospital building such as a new build in the heart of a busy acute hospital, refurbishment of older buildings, phased development and implementing interim FM services under a demanding performance management regime.
