HCP’s services cover the full project lifecycle, from initial concept to commissioning, operations and project services. HCP remains a constant point of contact for the client by acting as Project Director from the RFQ/RFP stage to preferred bidder and financial close, the construction and handover phases, then all the way through to the end of the concession contract.

Project support
The provision of experienced and able staff ensures the best possible support to a project, including Clinical Advice, Health Planning, Clinical Service Reviews, Due Diligence and Bid Management.
Operations management
We ensure that, once commissioned, the project is managed to its full potential. Services include the day to operation of the concession, monitoring of sub contractor performance and managing client relationships.

The delivery of a wide range of services and advice to optimize project value, including Whole Life Solutions, Life Cycle reviews, FM service reviews, Value Testing, Due Diligence and Construction Supervision.
