Operations management

The operations management division of HCP in the UK is a market leader in specialist P3 project company management. Our sister company has 15 projects operational or under construction, one at preferred bidder and others in the pipeline. In total HCP manages P3 services in more than 23 hospitals, 11 schools and 5 courts.

Over ten years HCP has gained varied experience in running complex PFI projects, working with a variety of NHS Trusts, schools and private sector contractors and established a reputation for delivering new buildings and services on time and within budget.

We understand that although the P3 healthcare industry is fairly new to Canada, the processes and practical guidelines we rely on have been proven to be successful over the course of several years in a similar market. Our ability to draw on this extensive, specialized experience allows us to take a strong leadership position and contribute significantly to the operational management of a facility.
