Quality standards

HCP has a clear framework in place for operational staff to work within. Standards are in place for all aspects of project company management for induction, training and performance review. Management guidance prepared by Directors and senior managers is issued to all General Managers and is regularly updated.

Each operational site is audited by an HCP Director and senior manager every 12-18 months.  Project company board reports are standardized to assist shareholders. Accounts and financial reporting meet the latest professional standards.

In addition, operational staffs are encouraged to take special responsibility for various areas in the P3/AFP sector to ensure that HCP remains fully up to date with legislation, changing practice and emerging issues within the health and Facilities Management industry in Canada.
