Bid development

HCP Canada dedicates a full-time Project Director to each bid to lead the bid team and ensure that all bid objectives and deadlines are met. The Project Director manages the relationship with the client and translates the client vision for the team to deliver a successful bid.

This involves developing a detailed understanding of the particular bidding process, managing the bid submission, ensuring the highest quality of supporting bid documentation, monitoring progress and advising all stakeholders on issues and progress.
